In an effort to promote cultural exchange between India and Vietnam, especially for students within and outside Hanoi Toronto School, an event has garnered attention from the surrounding community. National television station VTV3 honored the vibrant cultural fusion event, where the rich cultural heritage of India met the diverse and dynamic individuals of HTS.

Attending the event, students and their families enjoyed glimpses of activities organized by the school in collaboration with the Embassy of India. From traditional dances to local cuisine, the event provided students with an opportunity to immerse themselves in the traditions, history, and values of the ancient thousand-year-old South Asian country.

Dr. Monica Sharma, Director of the Cultural Center at the Embassy of India, shared, “For universities and other schools in Vietnam, especially Hanoi Toronto School, we always support and assist cultural exchange activities. Through these cultural exchanges, we will understand more about each other’s countries, help each other in education, and address lingering issues today.”.

Through this cultural event series, Hanoi Toronto School reaffirms its commitment to providing students with comprehensive learning experiences beyond the confines of regular classrooms. Actively organizing events in collaboration with entities such as the Embassy of India, students within and outside HTS not only accumulate knowledge about various cultures but also contribute to the overall development of the Hanoi student community, fostering a deep understanding of diversity and global citizenship responsibilities.

In addition to VTV3, the event was also extensively covered by mainstream media outlets such as Hanoi Television Station, Voice of Vietnam (VOV), and Digital Television Station VTC1.
