The algebraic lesson brings the breath of life

At HTS, mathematics are not only dry theoretical lessons with difficult formulas but also lessons associated with vivid reality, promoting students’ creative initiative.  

Stepping into a Mathematics class, the subject of analyzing multi-integrals into the algebraic subject, to see that Mathematics knowledge in the ways that HTS teachers convey goes into the minds of 8GI students very close and natural. 

Ms. Nguyen Ngoc – Grade 8 Mathematics Teacher of shared: “In this lesson, the teaching method focuses on making students more interactive: using information technologies through some online platforms to be able to interact with billboards, integrated with group activity and format innovation with expert team meetings for deeper understanding of lessons and group discussions.” 

Unlike traditional group activities, not only cross-checking and commenting on individual papers, expert group meetings encourage students to actively discuss with other groups of students, then rotate so that each of them will have a better understanding of that lesson. Through this Mathematics lesson, in addition to achieving the basic academic requirements of the program, students also develop their problem-solving ability in Mathematics, active thinking in learning, and apply their problem-solving thinking in daily life.
