Daniel Rossouw

I studied music since the age of 9. I excelled in playing piano and singing in various choirs in South Africa, including the world-renowned Drakensberg Boys Choir school. I have extensive international experience, with 20 years teaching experience. I’ve got a passion for creativity, such as different art forms ranging from painting to performing arts. I enjoy traveling and spending quality time with friends.

My passion for music is the driving force behind my teaching. I truly believe that every child has the ability to excel in different musical endeavors and that partaking in “musicking”, they develop essential cognitive skills, improve their EQ (Emotional Intelligence), improves memory, teaches perseverance, enhances coordination, improves reading and comprehension skills, enhances self-expression and social skills and boosts self-confidence among many other benefits.

I am blessed to have this amazing opportunity to work at HTS and to be able to make a difference in the lives of my students.
