In the final days of the year, HTS, along with its team of teachers, embarked on a special training journey with LEGO Education and the international Teacher Effectiveness Training (T.E.T) program by Dr. Thomas Gordon. This wasn’t just about training sessions; it was a development initiative, opening the door to creativity and innovation, as well as enhancing professional skills and problem-solving abilities.

Being a teacher doesn’t mean we stop learning or cease to acquire knowledge. Especially in this era of advanced technological transitions, teachers are individuals who constantly need to supplement and update their knowledge and skills. HTS is dedicated to continually seeking ways to progress together with its teachers, aiming to provide the best education quality for students. The implementation of these focused training sessions is a crucial move, offering teachers a broader perspective on integrating seemingly “just toys” into the teaching process. Moreover, teachers learn how to pose seemingly simple questions that help both teachers and students identify the core issues students are facing, enabling students to find the best solutions to resolve situations. This poses a significant challenge for teachers, particularly when their students come from 18 different nationalities.
