HTSERS CELEBRATE COLD FOOD FESTIVAL

In the “little” school located on Hoang Minh Giam Street, along with students from over 15 countries worldwide, the Cold Food festival of HTSers was extremely lively and satisfying with floating cake.

Each time in the kitchen is a delicious meal!
Without FoodTech, how could HTSers have floating cake to eat!

You might have noticed, it turns out that shaping them into round shapes is quite difficult. How can one knead them evenly like Ms. Ngoc now?

“My floating cake is both white and round*,” but now “my cake” has countless vibrant colors through the kneading hands of the culinary experts of the HTS “brand”! With the guidance and assistance of teachers, both Vietnamese and foreign, we eagerly anticipate the floating of the cakes.

Why is this year’s Cold Food festival so delicious?

* It’s a line from a famouse Vietnamese poem about how the floating cake is so white and round.
