!Warning: Sudden weather changes alert! Especially for the elderly, children, pregnant women, and those with chronic illnesses. The Vietnamese Ministry of Health has issued specific guidelines for the entire population to protect and prevent health issues during the unusually changing weather.

➖ Limit outdoor activities when the weather is extremely cold and windy, especially from 9 pm to 6 am.
➖ Wear warm clothing when going outside.
➖ Keep the body dry, avoid dampness.
➖ Avoid contact with cigarette smoke, coal smoke, limit alcohol, drinks containing stimulants like caffeine, and avoid late-night bathing after 10 pm.
➖ Maintain oral hygiene regularly.
➖ Wash hands, get vaccinated for flu.
➖ Have warm and nutritious meals.
➖ Regular exercise helps warm the body, enhance immunity, and resilience to cold weather.
➖ Do not burn coal indoors.
➖ Listen to your body; if there are signs of illness, visit the nearest healthcare facility. Do not self-prescribe or use antibiotics without proper consultation.

Health is our most precious asset! Maintaining a healthy lifestyle in winter not only protects health but also enhances the productivity and effective learning spirit of each student.

Wishing every student, parent, teacher, and staff member of Hanoi Toronto School a healthy journey through this winter!
