[FUN STORIES IN THE LAST DAYS OF THE YEAR] HTSERS ‘PEEKING’ INTO THE WINDOW TO GUESS TET?!

In this lively account of the final days of the year, HTSers are playfully observing the surroundings in anticipation of Tet! Just next to Hanoi Toronto School, a vibrant flower market is welcoming the Spring of the Year of the Dragon 2024. The school is abuzz with the traditional Tet festival spirit as teachers and students immerse themselves in the festive atmosphere. Each day feels like ‘peeping into the neighbor’s house’ to catch a whiff of the Tet fragrance.

Whether it’s glancing over during class break, strolling along the school corridor while looking sideways, or even asking the teacher for a visit to the flower market during a cooking session in the FoodTech room, HTSers are embracing the festive vibes. After making nougat, coconut jam, fried sausages, and more, students and teachers alike ‘rise up to the clouds,’ heading to ‘enjoy the scent’ in the neighbor’s house.

HTSers, mark your calendars for a delightful encounter with peach blossoms, kumquat branches, and mai tree branches. From Monday’s enjoyment of happy candies to Friday’s bustling sounds of singing and celebrating the festival day at the village market, every day is filled with Tet festivities.

And when someone asks what students learn at HTS, the answer is simple: at HTS, students learn to ‘live’ together with teachers.
